Job summary

Paycom - ATS in the United States is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Technician to perform work assignments, follow manuals, and maintain safety standards in a busy shop environment.

You will assist maintenance technicians with inspections and repairs, document all work, and participate in on-the-job training to build skills across aircraft components and systems. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have basic electrical, mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail oriented and organized in a fast-paced shop.
• Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform work assignments as determined by the shop Lead.
• Ensure work complies with procedures and quality policies.
• Maintain shop calibrated tools and a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist Aviation Technicians and Shop Supervisors with maintenance and inspections.
• Document work per manuals (MM, RSM/QCM, GOPs, SRM).
• Support troubleshooting, repairs and modifications of aircraft systems.
• On-the-job training to acquire new maintenance skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
