Job summary

RS&H seeks an aviation professional to join our Atlanta team as a Senior Airfield Engineer. Lead project delivery from concept through construction across airfield design, pavement, utilities, and infrastructure, while mentoring staff and driving QA and client relations.

This is a path to ownership in a nationally recognized firm. Ideal candidates have ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degrees, 10+ years of civil design with 4+ years aviation, a PE license or plan to obtain within 12 months, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program
• 10+ years of civil design experience, with 4+ years in aviation
• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months
• Strong technical knowledge of aviation design fundamentals
• Experience with aviation plans and technical specifications
• Proven ability to lead small to moderate-sized projects
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Lead Project Delivery

Grow the Business

• Support business development and client relationship management
• Contribute to proposals and strategic initiatives
• Strengthen client loyalty across Georgia
• Represent RS&H at regional industry events

Required

What We’re Looking For
