Job summary

Woolpert, a global leader in architecture, engineering, and geospatial services, seeks an entry-level Engineer to support Aviation Design in Indianapolis, IN under the direction of a Professional Engineer. You will prepare planning documents, estimates, and reports, review records, and assist with field investigations, QA procedures, and design development.

This is a full-time hybrid role with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC-accredited program is required.
No experience required; 1 year of relevant experience preferred is implied by duties.
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and execution of construction plans, contract documents, specifications, and reports.
Estimate ROM costs and construction estimates, review design reports and permit documents.
Conduct field investigations to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Utilize engineering software to analyze data, create designs, and prepare technical reports.
Maintain thorough documentation of project activities and progress.
