Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a project-focused engineer to support Aviation Design under the direction of a Professional Engineer. The role involves assisting with planning documents, reports, plans, specifications, and estimates for projects, with a hybrid work arrangement out of our Indianapolis office.

Qualifications

• ABET/EAC-accredited engineering degree required.
• No prior work experience required.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of construction plans and technical reports.
• Prepare ROM/cost estimates and engineering estimates for construction.
• Review drawings, reports, permits and surveys for design input.
• Conduct field investigations and ensure compliance with specs and safety.
• Perform engineering computations, design analysis, and data interpretation.
• Maintain project documentation and QA procedures.
