Job summary

HRD Aero Systems Inc is seeking a Hydrostatic Test Technician to perform pressure testing on cylinder vessels in accordance with DOT and FAA regulations. You will read procedures, operate test equipment, calibrate machines, and document all maintenance and test results.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydrostatic pressure testing of cylinder vessels per DOT/FAA specs.
• Read manuals to determine procedures and tools required for servicing assemblies.
• Operate manual and automatic retest machine and perform daily calibrations.
• Document maintenance and verify acceptable test results.
• Maintain organized work area and observe safety rules.
