Gulfstream seeks a Customer Technical Manager to serve as the primary regional technical liaison between Customer Support and operators, delivering technical solutions for AOG and non-AOG events worldwide. The role is based at Flexjets Home Base facility in Cleveland, Ohio, at Cuyahoga County Airport.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Aviation Maintenance, or Engineering Tech, 10 years of related experience, supervisory/management background, and preferably an A&P license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Aviation Maintenance, or Engineering Tech or equivalent.
• 10 years of related aircraft maintenance or operations experience.
• 3 years maintenance/operations experience with Gulfstream model aircraft.
• Supervisory or Management experience preferred.
• A&P license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Resolve customer support issues under guidance of senior leaders.
• Travel to Gulfstream/AWRF facilities or remote locations as project manager.
• Coordinate complex managed programs and reliability events.
• Oversee escalated customer issues with TechOps, engineering, and parts teams.
• Lead teams on regional calls, visits, and customer forums.
• Develop programs to prevent future aircraft downtime.
• Provide written and verbal updates to customers and Gulfstream teams.
