Epic Aircraft is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Bend, Oregon. You will act as the front-line liaison for E1000 owners and service centers, coordinating communications, timelines, and logistics to ensure smooth ownership and service experiences.

The role combines aviation know-how with strong customer service, administrative skills, and CRM usage, with opportunities to escalate technical questions to Field Support and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in aviation-related customer service or related field.
• Aviation background and knowledge of maintenance processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between owners, operators, and service centers during maintenance.
• Generate and track quotes, work orders, invoices, and service docs.
• Track inspection due dates, logbook entries, and regulatory items.
• Manage AOG requests and related logistics.
• Maintain service history and CRM records.
