Job summary

Astronics Connectivity Systems and Certification is seeking an Aftermarket Services Program Manager to serve as the primary liaison for repair and spares activities across the product lifecycle. You will work with Operations, Repair Station, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet TAT, availability, and customer satisfaction targets.

The role focuses on managing commercial agreements, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with customers to secure PO(s) while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aftermarket services, repair operations, or a related field.
• Preferred: two-plus years of experience in aviation/aerospace, experience with MRO, repair station operations, or spares/inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact with the customer for all repair and spares activity across in-service life.
• Manage revenue and margins for assigned customer aftermarket programs.
• Own end-to-end RMA and BRMA processes; coordinate with Repair Station CS, pricing, part numbers, and revisions.
• Forecast and manage spares inventory; ensure on-time delivery and minimize exposure.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Production to prioritize spares builds.
• Lead aftermarket reviews and drive process improvements to reduce TAT and improve forecast accuracy.
