Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited university.
• 12+ years of airport pavement and civil construction experience.
• Knowledge of FAA policies and government procedures.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Schedule, manage and mentor staff to deliver projects per plans and contracts.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule and budget to meet goals.
• Oversee monthly reports, contract reviews, estimates and bid packages.
• Communicate with contractors, inspection personnel, utilities and subconsultants.
• Monitor contract financial data and request changes as needed.
• Contribute to RFP responses and maintain client relationships (FAA, ADOT, others).
• Demonstrate ethical decision-making per company policies.
