Job summary

Consertus is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate the expansion program for an aviation client. You will serve as the primary liaison among the Airport, design teams, and contractors, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and program controls.

The role requires airport project PM experience, strong stakeholder management, familiarity with federal, state, and local rules, and credentials appropriate to the services provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing construction project management for airport projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, Contractors and consultants.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, permitting, and funding programs.
• Credentials or relevant industry experience commensurate with services.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and coordination of multiple projects within the aviation program.
• Drive delivery of the construction program across associated projects.
• Manage day-to-day project activities with designers and contractors.
• Monitor schedules and budgets, administer contracts, and produce reporting.
