Our team is comprised of industry leaders that previously held various executive level roles at some of the nation’s largest airports. We are looking for more industry leaders that understand the owner’s perspective and the challenges they face.**Key Responsibilities:*** Work with airport owners to assist in the implementation of large capital development programs* Must have the unique experience of delivering multi-billion-dollar capital programs as the owner* Capable of bringing leadership expertise in organizational readiness and development, project delivery methods and benefits, integrated team development, execution planning and oversight, and right-sizing development teams based on complexities of the program* Well-versed in risk identification and management (before and during development), program controls requirements, budgets/funding, procurement, and governance/decision-making protocols* Responsible to ensure key stakeholder engagement and management to facilitate successful project implementation* Provide direct input into business and strategic planning* Manage capital budgeting and finance* Travel required**Qualifications/Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management (work experience may substitute for degree).
