Job summary

Consertus is seeking a Construction Project Manager (CPM) to lead the overall management, coordination, and administration of the construction program for aviation client expansions and related enabling projects. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Airport, design teams, and contractors to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing construction project management or construction representative services for airport projects.
• Experience coordinating with designers, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with federal, state and local regulations and funding programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination of multiple projects to manage scope, schedule, budget and program controls.
• Oversee day-to-day management of individual projects, monitor schedules and budgets, and produce reporting.
• Act as primary point of accountability between Airport, design teams, and contractors.
