Job summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a Conformity Project Manager to ensure airworthiness by validating compliance with 14 CFR regulations and the JAFS conformity process. This hybrid role can be based at various US locations within the Jet Aviation network, including Teterboro, Savannah, West Palm Beach, Scottsdale, Dallas and Houston.

The role oversees conformity teams through all phases, requires deep knowledge of 14 CFR, Part 91/135 requirements, and delivering conformity packages acceptable to the FAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years’ experience in aviation management of permanent records.
• Three years’ experience in corporate aircraft management.
• Available for flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Must pass 10-year background check and obtain Airport ID Badge if required.

Responsibilities

• Identify scheduling requirements for the aircraft’s permanent records and conformity.
• Select and assign the conformity team.
• Ensure team members are prepared and compliant with Jet Aviation’s conformity processes.
• Manage the conformity team in reviews and inspections of aircraft conformity.
• Review data and appendices per the JAFS conformity process.
• Submit conformity packages for Part 91 and Part 135 aircraft.
• Participate in development and review of the Aircraft Inspection Manual (AIM).
