Job summary

Textron is seeking an Entry Level Configuration Management Specialist in Fort Worth, TX. You will work with engineering, program management, and customers to meet aircraft certification and specification requirements, while supporting data management and PLM processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration across functional teams, adherence to CM procedures, and growth through hands-on experience and mentorship starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Preferred Business Management experience or 0-2 years with data management.
• Familiarity with CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, ENOVIA or similar PLM/PDM.

Responsibilities

• Manage CD RL, SDRL, and DID requirements.
• Execute change process and CM in PLM system.
• Determine proper data marking for deliverables.
• Monitor Engineering BOM and Planning BOM health.
• Coordinate with contracts and customers on requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
