Job summary

Jet Linx in Omaha is seeking a Jr Concierge to provide on-site support, ensuring welcoming spaces and attentive client interactions. You will help stock, handle purchases, and contribute to a high standard of service around aircraft and base operations.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with an emphasis on discretion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of professional customer service experience preferred.
• Aviation industry experience or interest preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchase stock and submit expense reports accurately and timely.
• Communicate, document, and resolve complaints; escalate to management as needed.
• Operate client vehicles around property and wash vehicles when appropriate.
• Keep lobby, meeting areas, restrooms clean, organized and inviting.
• Maintain regular, on-site attendance as required.
• Demonstrate Jet Linx’s values and service standards in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
