Job summary

Aether Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager/Lead Team Analyst to support the Army Futures Command CEAD at Fort Rucker, Alabama. This on-site role leads concept development, experimentation, and cross-functional coordination to integrate Army aviation capabilities into future concepts.

The candidate will oversee planning, staffing, and analysis of CONOPS, gap analyses, and modeling/simulation work, requiring active clearance and willingness to travel CONUS as needed.

Qualifications

• Former Field Grade Officer with at least 15 years of aviation operations experience.
• Willing to provide on-site support at Fort Rucker, AL.
• CGSC/ILE completion is required.
• Experience leading aviation simulations and concept development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, coordinate, and staff Army Aviation concepts including CONOPS development.
• Integrate Army Aviation capabilities and gaps into Joint and Army Concepts, Functional Assessments and Future Capability Workbooks.
• Conduct studies and analyses to define materiel and non-materiel requirements for future aviation systems.
• Review AFC Centers of Excellence FAs and FCWs and support revisions.
• Provide SME and analytical support for learning and experimentation events.
• Analyze aviation formations and assess rotorcraft and fixed-wing employment issues.
