Job summary

Aether Aerospace is hiring a Program Manager/Lead Analyst to support Army Futures Command at Fort Rucker, AL. The role focuses on aviation concept development, required capabilities, studies, and gap analysis, with on-site support at AMBL.

Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance and possess extensive aviation operations experience. CGSC/ILE completion is required, with travel to CONUS AFC facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Former Field Grade Officer with at least 15 years of Aviation operational experience.
• Willingness to provide on-site support at Fort Rucker, AL.
• Completion of CGSC/ILE is required.
• Experience leading aviation concept development and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME and analytical support for concept development and experimentation processes.
• Lead planning, coordination, and staffing of Army Aviation concepts including CONOPS and capability gaps.
• Integrate Army Aviation required capabilities into Joint/Army concepts and workbooks.
• Conduct studies to define materiel and non-materiel requirements for future aviation systems.
• Review AFC Centers of Excellence files and provide feedback on FA/FCW revisions.
• Support learning and experimentation events; capture lessons learned for concept development.
