Job summary

Aether Aerospace seeks a talented Program Manager/Lead Analyst to support the AFC Aviation Concepts, Experimentation and Analysis Directorate at Fort Rucker, AL. The role requires on-site presence and will drive concept development and experimentation efforts for Army aviation programs.

Ideal candidates will have extensive aviation operations experience, CGSC/ILE, and a Secret clearance. You will lead planning, coordinate activities, and provide analytical support across multiple experiments and

Qualifications

• US citizen with an active Secret Clearance.
• Former Field Grade Officer with 15+ years of aviation ops experience.
• Willingness to on-site support at Fort Rucker, AL.
• CGSC/ILE completed.
• Experience leading aviation concept development and simulations.
• Travel to CONUS AFC facilities as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, coordinate and staff aviation concepts, CONOPS and capability gaps.
• Integrate Army aviation capabilities into joint and Army concepts and assessments.
• Conduct studies to define requirements for future aviation systems.
• Review AFC Centers of Excellence FACs and FCWs for updates.
• Provide SME support for learning events and capture lessons learned.
• Analyze force structure, program capabilities and gaps in aviation.
• Develop operations concepts and evaluate rotorcraft and fixed-wing employment.
• Support MAPEX, CAMEX, SIMEX, GAMEX, SWG and related wargaming.
• Maintain operational and experimental equipment.
