Job summary

Aether Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Program Manager/Lead Analyst to support Army Futures Command in Fort Rucker, AL, providing leadership for concept development and experimentation within the Aviation Concepts, Experimentation and Analysis Directorate.

The role requires on-site presence at AMBL, active Secret clearance, 15 years of aviation operational experience across Army assets, and CGSC/ILE completion; duties include planning, analysis, CONOPS, and studies, plus travel to CONUS

Qualifications

• Five lines: must have active Secret clearance and 15+ years of aviation operational experience.
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and staffing aviation concept development and gap analysis.
• Proven ability to develop CONOPS and conduct capability gap analyses for Army aviation.
• Experience with aviation doctrine, organizations, and training.
• Strong technical writing of concept documents and experiment reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and experimentation support for AFC CEAD at Fort Rucker.
• Plan, coordinate, and staff Army Aviation concepts including CONOPS and required capabilities.
• Integrate Army aviation capabilities and gaps into joint concepts and future capability workbooks.
• Provide SME and analytical support for learning and experimentation events and capture lessons learned.
• Develop and coordinate learning demands for aviation concept development.
