United Airlines is seeking a skilled supplier/operations professional to manage aircraft component repair orders and oversee supplier performance. You will coordinate repair activities, ensure compliance with FAA requirements, and serve as the main liaison with repair agencies.

The role requires strong data analysis, MS Office proficiency, and excellent communication. A high school diploma is required; aviation-related degree is a plus, with on-site work and competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Aviation-related bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in supplier management, operations, or quality-control is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage repairs orders for aircraft components in support of mainline aircraft maintenance.
• Continuously monitors supplier performance with respect to contractual metrics, including turn-time, quality, and cost.
• Manage repair order release, repair activity, and invoice processing.
• Serve as the primary vendor-facing contact with repair agencies.
• Ensure repairs follow work scope and FAA/UAL documentation requirements.
• Support warranty and remedy claims, project planning, and repair bid processes.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory, policy, and industry issues affecting supplier operations.
