Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced Aviation Component Program Coordinator to join a fast‑paced MRO team in Florida. You will oversee end‑to‑end rotable repairs, coordinate aircraft teardowns, manage AOG responses, and drive vendor performance with strict adherence to turnaround times and regulatory standards.

This role requires hands‑on workflow participation, auditing repair orders, and maintaining data integrity in Quantum Control, while communicating clearly with customers and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in aviation MRO or aerospace supply chain.
  • Experience auditing repair orders and vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of FAA/EASA Part 145 compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Repair & MRO Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of rotable component repairs, including vetting vendors, negotiating repair pricing, and auditing repair orders.
  • Quantum Control Operations: Utilize Quantum Control to manage transactional data, part tracking, and inventory accuracy.
  • Teardown Logistics: Coordinate complex aircraft teardown logistics, managing projects involving up to 10,000 parts.
  • Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure all vendor activities meet rigorous FAA/EASA Part 145 standards.
  • Customer & AOG Support: Serve as primary contact for time-critical AOG events and provide proactive communication on repair status.
  • Financial & Contract Stewardship: Oversee repair-related billing and monitor performance against contract terms.

Job description

I am currently sourcing an experienced Aviation Component Program Coordinator to join a high-performing team in the aviation MRO space. This is a lean, fast-paced environment where accountability and technical precision are the standard, not the exception. This isn't a passive administrative role. You will be managing the end-to-end lifecycle of rotable component repairs, coordinating complex aircraft teardowns involving thousands of parts, and leading time-critical AOG (Aircraft on Ground) responses. You need to be a subject matter expert who can jump into the workflow, audit repair orders, and manage vendor relationships without hand-holding. You need to thrive when the pressure is on and want to work with a team that values your technical expertise over corporate bureaucracy.

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
  • Repair & MRO Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of rotable component repairs, including vetting vendors, negotiating repair pricing, and auditing repair orders. Proactively monitor 20-30+ active repair items simultaneously to ensure strict adherence to turnaround time (TAT) targets.
  • Quantum Control Operations: Utilize Quantum Control as the primary platform to manage transactional data, part tracking, and inventory accuracy. Maintain real-time system integrity to optimize repair cycles and minimize idle assets.
  • Teardown Logistics: Coordinate complex aircraft teardown logistics, managing projects involving up to 10,000 parts. Maintain absolute precision in tracking back-to-birth records, global supply chain documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure all vendor activities meet rigorous FAA/EASA Part 145 standards. Proactively identify and resolve technical discrepancies, QC holds, and non-conformance findings to ensure operational airworthiness.
  • Customer & AOG Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for time-critical AOG (Aircraft on Ground) events. Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding repair status, delivery timelines, and service issues.
  • Financial & Contract Stewardship: Oversee repair-related billing and validate all activities against contract terms. Support margin improvement initiatives by identifying cost-control opportunities and holding vendors accountable to performance metrics.
