Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking an Operations Support and Compliance Coordinator to assist the Director of Standards and Program Managers. The role covers CFR 14 Part 61/121/135/142, EASA, and FAA Order 8900.1 compliance, with responsibilities including documentation control, records management, and internal audits.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree or related aviation experience, one year in the field, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English in both verbal and written form.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in aviation-related field; strong knowledge of FAR Parts 61, 91, 121, 135, 141, 142 and FAA orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain library of Part 121/135 programs and documents.
• Ensure accuracy and currency of required documentation.
• Maintain instructor training records and the computerized records system.
• Coordinate with DOS on training, qualification, and currency.
• Assist in drafting training programs to comply with FAR parts 121/135/142.
• Support quality management and regulatory compliance activities.
• Travel as required.
