Republic Airways offers a structured internship program designed to prepare students for the workforce. Interns gain mentorship, direct exposure to aviation operations, and opportunities to shadow departments while contributing to internal communications and content creation.

Qualified candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA, excel at Microsoft Office, and can manage multiple priorities.

Competenze

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, PR, multimedia design or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.

Mansioni

• Consistently communicate across internal employee workgroups to highlight Republic news and opportunities.
• Assist with writing and editing for internal communications, including a newsletter.
• Conduct interviews and produce high-quality blogs and articles.
• Assist with outreach about policies, programs and initiatives.
• Create visuals to promote initiatives and events.
• Research and develop ideas for social content calendar and newsletters.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and implement new ideas.
