Qualifications

• Proficient with precision measuring instruments.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiar with MSDS labels and related manuals.
• Knowledge of production management computer systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Selects, prepares and mixes solutions or coatings according to formulas.
• Develops and documents programs for robots as applicable.
• Operates blasting equipment to clean surfaces.
• Sets up and operates spray systems to apply coatings.
• Inspects surfaces with measuring devices for defects.
• Cleans and maintains spray/coating equipment and fixtures.
• Participates in continuous improvement of cell processes.
