McLarens Aviation is seeking an experienced AME and/or Pilot to join our Western operation, based in Western Canada and covering Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. You will oversee aviation hull and liability claims, perform damage assessments, and contribute to major loss investigations.

The role requires a full adjuster license training upon joining, strong technical aviation knowledge, excellent reporting skills and willingness to travel internationally.

Formación

• Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, high time Licensed Pilot, Degree qualified Engineer or equivalent aviation qualification.
• Significant aviation industry experience within airlines, business aviation, general aviation, MRO, OEMs, technical services or related sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance, repair and operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and report-writing skills.
• Strong client relationship and project management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel.
• AME and or Pilot License (Fixed Wing or Rotary).
• Aviation claims adjusting or accident investigation experience.
• Existing aviation industry network.

Responsabilidades

• Manage aviation hull and liability claims from instruction to resolution.
• Conduct aircraft damage assessments, technical investigations and loss surveys.
• Evaluate repair methodologies, costs and aircraft valuations.
• Prepare clear and concise technical reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with insurers, brokers, operators and aviation industry partners.
• Support business development and client retention activities.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the growth of the Aviation practice.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
