Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Previous face-to-face customer service experience preferred in aviation, food services, or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior delivery driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering orders and concierge items safely and timely.
• Use Shipday for all order logistics, including delivery photo and recipient name.
• Assist with on-site service, gather customer feedback for the General Manager.
• Maintain safe, operable vehicles and perform routine inspections.
• Dress professionally and operate company radios/phones as required.
• Cross-train to prepare or produce food in the kitchen when needed.
