Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Material Handler to support ground operations and ensure on-time flights. You will load and unload cargo, verify weights and documents, and operate forklifts and pallets while maintaining secure storage areas.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and the ability to follow procedures in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and the position may involve night or weekend shifts to meet flight schedules.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States if located in the US.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo from trucks and check piece counts, weights, and documents.
• Operate basic cargo handling equipment and break down/assemble cargo as directed.
• Maintain inventory and secure cargo and equipment; report tampering or hazards.
• Complete paperwork and input data into the company system; follow safety rules.
• Be flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
