Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a diligent Material Handler to support fast-paced, safety-focused ground services across multiple locations. You will load and unload cargo, verify quantities, and operate basic equipment to move freight efficiently while maintaining security and compliance.

You will follow procedures, complete paperwork in company systems, and be prepared to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to ensure flights stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• US work authorization if location is in the United States; ramp and SIDA training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo from trucks and aircraft.
• Check freight against manifest for count, weight, and dimensions.
• Operate basic cargo handling equipment (forklift, pallets, pallet jacks).
• Maintain warehouse organization and security of cargo and equipment.
• Complete required paperwork and data entry in company systems.
