Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience.
• Strong communication skills; ability to deal with conflict.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain customer focus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, health, quality and environmental standards at the station.
• Manage staff time to reduce overtime.
• Maintain and update SOPs, manuals and documentation.
• Implement and monitor local emergency plan; develop relations with customers and authorities.
• Attend internal meetings; comply with SOPs and policies.
