Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in aviation (airline, military, or general aviation).
• Prior mentoring or teaching experience.
• Clear, structured approach to helping students grow their knowledge and their career.

Responsibilities

• Coach students to build or advance a career in aviation by strengthening knowledge of pilot training, aircraft maintenance, air traffic control, and aviation technology.
• Guide students through commercial aviation and airline operations topics such as crew management and route planning.
• Provide resume/cover letter review, LinkedIn review, networking strategy, interview prep, and salary negotiation guidance.
• Set your own hours and rates; host sessions virtually; partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience.
