• Drive student success by providing personalized mentorship and guidance on complex technical projects.
• Collaborate with academic staff to refine and update curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with current aviation industry standards and technological advancements.
• Cultivate a culture of safety by consistently modeling and enforcing rigorous aviation maintenance protocols and best practices.

Qualifications

Required Skills
