Job summary

LHH Recruitment is hiring an Aviation Buyer in Tempe, AZ to support the purchasing team for aircraft operations. The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing parts, repair services, and other materials essential to aircraft operations.

You will negotiate with suppliers, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet operational needs. The ideal candidate has at least two years of aviation buying experience, strong negotiation and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Buyer in the aviation industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred but relevant experience will also be sufficient.
• Strong negotiating skills and experience in supplier management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality products and services are delivered on time.

LHH Recruitment is hiring on a direct hire basis for an AviationBuyerfor our client in Tempe, AZ. In this role you will be supporting the purchasing team with buying parts, repair services and other materials for operation of the company's aircraft. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.

Responsibilities:
