Job summary

Geometrics is seeking a visionary BIM Manager to lead the enterprise BIM strategy for large-scale aviation infrastructure at Austin–Bergstrom International Airport. You will define the BIM execution roadmap, drive data governance, and oversee lifecycle data handover to create a digital twin of airport assets.

The role requires senior leadership, coordination across multiple JV teams, and hands-on management of ACC/CDE, COBie schemas, and automated model quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or an aligned high-level digital technology degree.
• Minimum six (6) years of AEC professional experience and at least 4 years of aviation experience preferred.
• Deep platform knowledge across the Autodesk Suite (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D), combined with ACC administration.

Responsibilities

• Author, implement, and enforce BIM standards and BEP for multi-phased programs.
• Serve as digital technology conduit between executives, stakeholders, design teams, and regulators.
• Oversee budget, software licensing, and access controls for ACC/CDE environments.
• Architect data framework transforming design geometry into operational assets.
• Define metadata schemas and COBie standards across aviation assets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary systems and develop 4D/5D simulations.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and data analysts.
