Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a senior BIM Manager in Austin, TX to lead the enterprise BIM roadmap for aviation infrastructure projects. You will drive digital design, lifecycle data strategy, and data governance across multi-firm ventures to deliver a digital twin of airport assets.

You will coordinate with executives, design teams, regulators, and contractors, overseeing CDE, ACC licensing, and model validation workflows while mentoring a team of Aviation BIM Coordinators and Modelers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in VDC, BIM management, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 19650 and international BIM standards.
• Familiarity with GIS, Power BI, and scripting tools for cross-model analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM standards and BEP for large, multi-phased programs.
• Serve as the digital technology conduit between executives and stakeholders.
• Oversee CDE, ACC licensing, and security controls.
• Define data governance and COBie metadata schemas.
• Develop 4D/5D simulations to protect flight operations.
• Mentor Aviation BIM Coordinators and analysts.
