Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking aBilling Coordinator to join our on-site team in Chattanooga, TN. You will open and bill work orders from proposals, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure accurate pricing and timely billing while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Prior aviation billing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business administration preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Open and bill work orders from proposals or templates.
• Assist leads and project management to ensure accurate pricing and timely billing.
• Serve as central point of contact for sales, managers and supervisors on work orders.
• Coordinate with service, parts and vendors for billing and warranty/maintenance claims.
• Communicate clearly in English and follow company processes.
