Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS in Maryland seeks skilled assemblers for complex production sub-assemblies and riveting tasks. You will read blueprints, set parts, and ensure precise fit and secure sealing. The role requires physical work, the ability to lift 25 pounds, and readiness for varied temperatures, dust, and background checks.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand and perform duties for extended periods.
• Must lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in temperatures and dusty environments.
• Export-controlled tech requires U.S. Person status.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install major production sub-assemblies or complete minor assemblies with accuracy.
• Checkout minor assembly tools and perform advanced riveting as needed.
• Read blueprints, lofts, sketches to guide work.
• Determine fit and location using blueprints and measurements.
• Use precision gauges and tools to collect inspection data.
• Prepare surfaces, apply primer and sealant during assembly.
