Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS in the United States is seeking an experienced assembler to perform complex construction and installation tasks on major production sub-assemblies and minor assemblies with high accuracy.

You will read blueprints, lofts and sketches, set up tools, and perform advanced riveting using Drivematic/Erco equipment while ensuring quality, fit and proper sealant application. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma/GED equivalent.
• Ability to stand and perform work duties for an extended period.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Experience reading blueprints, lofts, sketches and performing riveting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex assembly/installation tasks on major sub-assemblies or minor assemblies with precision.
• Check out minor assembly tools and perform advanced riveting operations.
• Use blueprints and measuring devices to verify fit, location and tolerances.
• Prepare surfaces, apply primers, sealants and adhesives, and ensure proper finish.
• Operate riveting machines and coordinate with QA for data entry.
