Qualifications

• Inspection experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret designs and specifications.
• Experience using Appia.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily construction inspections and act as liaison between Owner and contractor.
• Conduct hands-on inspections to ensure work meets plans and specs.
• Notify Owner of problems and deviations from plans and specifications.
• Track quantities for payment and complete daily inspection reports.
• Interact with homeowners/tenants and other construction-related duties.
