Job summary

Egis is seeking a Resident Project Representative to provide construction administration and observation services across the Western United States. The role involves daily site inspections, field coordination with owners, consultants, and contractors, and maintaining comprehensive project records.

Ideal candidates will have five years of experience in construction management/inspection for transportation or airport projects, with familiarity in heavy civil construction and airport systems.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a construction manager/inspector on transportation and/or airport projects.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily site inspections to verify compliance with plans, specs, and codes.
• Coordinate with clients, owners, consultants, contractors, designers, and regulators.
• Measure pay quantities and prepare daily reports.
• Review contractor schedules and input on changes.
• Maintain project records and photographic documentation.
