Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience in Highway or Airport construction.
• Experience using Appia.
• Ability to read and interpret designs and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily construction inspection services acting as liaison between Owner and contractor.
• Conduct hands-on inspections ensuring work meets plans and specs.
• Notify Owner of problems and deviations from plans and specs.
• Track quantities for payment and prepare daily inspection reports.
• Interact with homeowners/tenants and other responsibilities related to construction processes.
