Job summary

Duncan Aviation is seeking an Airframe Paint Specialist to reseal and touch-up aircraft surfaces per manufacturer and Duncan Aviation procedures. The role includes documenting activities and providing on-the-job training to fellow specialists, in a safe, regulated environment.

Candidates should have a High School education or equivalent and meet the experience requirements for the level you apply to. This is a full-time, on-site position with relocation and benefits options available.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year previous mechanical or auto-body work experience required.
• Minimum one year previous aviation paint experience required.
• Minimum of three years aircraft paint experience required.

Responsibilities

• Reseals panels and other surfaces on aircraft using manufacturer’s specified sealant and Duncan Aviation approved procedures.
• Performs paint touch-up work in accordance with Duncan Aviation approved procedures.
• Prepares various documents for record keeping purposes, as required by Company policy and FAA regulations (i.e. turnovers, removal sheets, W.O. Sheets, personal training log).
• Provides OJT for other airframe paint specialists.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
