Job summary

The Duncan Aviation Airframe Paint Specialist in Lincoln, NE focuses on resealing and paint touch-up of aircraft surfaces per manufacturer specs and Duncan Aviation procedures. You will document work and provide on-the-job training for other specialists.

High School diploma required with 1 year mechanical/auto-body (I/II) or 3 years aircraft paint experience (III); relocation assistance and benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Airframe Paint Specialist I: 1 year mechanical/auto-body experience.
• Airframe Paint Specialist II: 1 year aviation paint experience.
• Airframe Paint Specialist III: 3 years aircraft paint experience.

Responsibilities

• Reseals panels and surfaces on aircraft using manufacturer specs and Duncan Aviation procedures.
• Performs paint touch-up work per approved procedures.
• Prepares documents for record keeping as required by policy and FAA regulations.
• Provides on-the-job training for other airframe paint specialists.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
