Job summary

Responsibilities

• Apply primers and topcoats with proper techniques and maintain paint equipment.
• Mask and paint stripes per designer debrief and product knowledge.
• Identify areas to be masked or polished; surface preparation and sanding as needed.
• Mask aircraft and apply tapes per specs; remove old paint with remover and wash.
• Paint landing gear, fuel caps, antennas, and door frames; report quality issues.
• Perform final pre-paint prep with proper cleaning and inspect for leaks or issues.
• Prepare, sign off and maintain records per procedures and FAA regulations.
• Etch and apply conversion coatings to aluminum to ensure paint adhesion.
• Assist with related duties as assigned by management.
