Job summary

Employnet Workforce Management in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Aftermarket Business Development Manager to drive product line strategies and aftermarket opportunities for aerospace programs. This role is revenue accountable across programs with emphasis on profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth within SPD portfolio.

The position is onsite with a remote day every other week and follows a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Ten or more years of experience with five+ years of high-level program management and major revenue responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Achieve aftermarket service center's financial goals in coordination with the division/site and SSO regional teams.
• Act as primary strategic Product Line focal point for aftermarket services covering products, services & customers.
• Coordinate with Aftermarket Service Manager on strategy and execution; provide back-up when needed.
• Serve as primary strategic customer contact for products, repairs, spares, logistics, contracts, and pricing negotiations.
• Develop and support proposals and contracts to attract customers and balance revenue.
