Qualifikationen

• Five years of general civil litigation experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in aviation/aerospace field a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage case files from inception through mediation/arbitration/trial/settlement.
• Prepare subpoenas for depositions or document productions.
• Draft initial discovery, i.e., interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions.
• Prepare responses to discovery and privilege logs.
• Prepare attorneys for depositions and trial notebooks; assist with trial setup.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and support e-filing in courts.
