Job summary

Swissport International AG is seeking an Account Supervisor CLC to supervise daily operations from an administrative and operational standpoint, ensuring passenger service staff meet airline targets while following Swissport procedures. You will serve as the primary contact with the customer and passenger service manager for assigned accounts, and cover as manager on duty when the Duty Manager is absent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control staff scheduling, reporting and absences.
• Manage payroll, hours, exceptions and overtime.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain manuals and documentation; enter daily hours into FSC.
• Lead investigations into irregularities and report findings.
• Track and communicate KPIs for accounts assigned.

Job Summary

Account Manager CLC supervises the daily operation from an administrative and operational standpoint to ensure passenger service staff meet customer airlines’ targets while abiding by all Swissport and customer procedures and regulations. Serves as primary point of contact with customer and passenger service manager for accounts assigned. Cover as manager on duty for Swissport in the absence of a Duty Manager.

The expected pay rate is $28/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Your activities

• Supervise and control staff scheduling, reporting and absences
• Control of daily staff payroll, hours, exceptions and overtime
• Monitors personnel appearance and compliance during the operation
• Maintains applicable safety and quality standards
• Maintains, updates company's manuals and documentation
• Enters daily hours into FSC
• Is responsible for overall discipline, conduct performance and morale
• Ensures that all assigned work is completed correctly, efficiently and in a timely manner
• Conduct a full investigation for each irregularity and submits appropriate written reports
• Captures and maintains Key Performance Indicators

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent
• 5 years leadershipexperience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Extensive airport operational experience
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS, Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of AE, FSC, SWP point system preferred
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing people
• Above-average ability to work under pressure
• Flexible to work different working schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Previous Swissport account supervisor experience a PLU
