Job summary

AVEDA INSTITUTE in Brandon, FL is seeking a Retail Advisor who is passionate about the Aveda mission, beauty, spa, and guest experience. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to share beauty and wellness and drive sales to meet goals.

You will deliver the Aveda Guest Service Cycle, provide hair and wellness expertise, manage calls and inventory, and present a professional appearance in line with the dress code.Weekend and event hours may be required.

Qualifications

• One year experience in retail or guest services, cosmetic experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends, holidays and special events as needed.
• Computer experience including retail point of sale.

Responsibilities

• Consistently perform the Aveda Guest Service Cycle to ensure guests have an excellent experience.
• Maintain Average Sales of at least fifty five dollars.
• Ensure “on‑time” service flow through effective utilization of the Salon Biz Appointment Booking.
• Manage all incoming call volume to ensure that PCH remains below 5%.
