Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an AV/VTC Technician to support mission-critical audiovisual and video teleconferencing systems in secure government environments. The role requires hands-on setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AV hardware and software across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks.

Responsibilities include end-user training, incident documentation, and pre-event checks. A Secret clearance and Security+ certification are required, with experience in VIP events and secure facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AV/VTC experience with a high school diploma or 2+ years with a related bachelor's degree.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Security+ / 8570 certification required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain AV/VTC systems in NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS environments

• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot virtual meetings, conferences, and VIP events

Install, configure, and support:

• Crestron systems

• Video walls

• AV switchers

• Cameras and microphones

• Cisco DX/SX80 VTC units

• Troubleshoot AV hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues

• Provide end-user training and support

• Document incidents and service requests through a ticketing system

• Conduct equipment testing and pre-event checks

• Assist with AV/VTC system design and implementation
