Job summary

Augusta University is seeking an Audio/Visual Technologist 2 to support instructional technologies and AV equipment. This full-time position entails setting up and troubleshooting various AV systems and collaborating with faculty and students. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two years of related experience.
• Experience in higher education and/or hospital environments is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of AV systems including video conferencing.
• Conduct periodic inspections of AV equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve tier 1-2 level hardware and software issues.
