Job description

Provide professional support to many styles of customers from corporate officials, executives, and federal government officials. We’re looking for an organized and self-motivated video production guru. The candidate should first and foremost be capable of editing without assistance in Adobe Premiere Pro. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of working in a video production booth with various styles of video switchers in live and recorded settings. The ideal candidate would also have the ability to work with many styles of video cameras and lighting equipment. In order to be successful in this position you must have a can-do attitude, be a problem solver, be detail-oriented, and be willing to work in a team environment during live video productions.

Experience with virtual meeting applications, with a concentration in WebEx and Microsoft Teams would also be a plus, but not a requirement. You can also expect to be running high-level corporate meetings and conferences, with in-person, remote, and hybrid attendance.

Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (big and small projects)
2. Experience with Video Switchers using Ross and other professional switchers (i.e., Roland, etc.)
3. Experience with Panasonic PTZ Cameras and Controllers
4. Operate video and lighting equipment in a state-of-the-art studio
5. Experience with Panasonic Broadcast Cameras in a multi-camera setting
6. White glove support of corporate meetings and events (Webex Meetings & Events, Microsoft Teams Meetings, Live Events & Webinars)
7. Support all internal and external events that require technical assistance.
8. Events include large conferences/symposiums, training sessions, various stakeholder meetings, and a variety of daily business meetings.
9. The A/V Group manages all technical equipment installed at their campus including the operation and support of a corporate conference center.
10. Daily support activities include configuring, operating, and troubleshooting integrated A/V systems, projectors/displays, microphones, sound equipment, computer systems, internet-based collaboration software tools, computer networking settings, and video conferencing systems.
11. Work on a team with other A/V technicians, and report to a manager of conference services.
12. Work in a studio and control room setting with video cameras, video switchers, lighting, audio, and video/audio editing equipment.
13. Setting up and changing video production backgrounds, tables, desks, and video camera and microphone setups.
14. Manage expectations appropriately to demanding clientele, while delivering service with a smile.
15. Diagnosis and resolution of hardware, operating system, and software problems while maintaining professionalism.
16. Be well-respected within the organization for service delivery and technical capabilities.
17. Build and develop strong relationships by providing superior customer support.
18. Occasional moving and lifting of equipment and furniture is required.
19. Thrive in a team environment with strong verbal and written communications.
20. Onsite position at facility, which at times, requires flexibility in daily scheduling.

Requirements:

3+ years of professional video editing experience, with the ability to work in a corporate environment. Experience with video production and post-production, including a variety of video switchers, cameras, lighting, and the eye to capture a visually pleasing shot. Teleprompter knowledge is also helpful.
